📢 WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR HR RECRUITER 💼 Position: Senior HR Recruiter 🏢 Company: Servora Facility Services 👨‍💼 Experience: 5–8 Years 💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives 🕐 Job Type: Full Time 📌 About the Role Servora Facility Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment operations and lead hiring activities across multiple requirements. The candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, team coordination, client handling, candidate management and recruitment operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for multiple positions. Understand client/company requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, databases and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews. Shortlist candidates according to job requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers. Manage candidate follow-ups from screening → interview → selection → offer → joining. Ensure selected candidates successfully join within the required timeline. Maintain and manage a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline. Handle multiple vacancies and urgent requirements simultaneously. Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, candidate feedback and interview schedules. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports and MIS. Track recruitment performance, interview ratios, selection ratios and joining status. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients. Ensure timely closure of assigned recruitment requirements. 👥 Team Management & Senior Responsibilities Guide and coordinate with junior recruiters and recruitment team members. Allocate recruitment requirements and monitor team performance. Review sourcing and recruitment activity on a regular basis. Support team members in difficult or urgent hiring requirements. Improve candidate conversion and joining ratios. Set and monitor recruitment targets. Provide recruitment performance reports and updates to management. Take ownership of critical and high-priority requirements. 🎯 Required Skills 5–8 years of strong experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong candidate convincing and negotiation skills. Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes. Strong experience with job portals and candidate sourcing. Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Strong client coordination and relationship-management skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Team handling and leadership skills. Professional, organized and proactive personality. 🎓 Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
