Based on your experience, skills, and our discussions, we believe you will be a valuable addition to our growing team as below Position & Reporting Designation: HR Manager Department: HR & Admin Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Reporting To: Founder & CEO Employment Type: Full-Time Role Objective As a HR Manager you role is to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance, documentation and office administration. HR Manager should be comfortable working in a fast-growing sales organisation and should have strong communication, coordination and people-management skills. Compensation Your compensation will be as follows: Component - A Fixed CTC- ₹ 3,00,000 per annum Other Compensation - B Performance Incentive _ As per company incentive structure Other Benefits_As applicable Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for sales and support positions. Prepare and publish job postings on relevant recruitment platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial HR screening/interviews. Schedule interviews with management and hiring managers. Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and documentation. Maintain an updated recruitment tracker. 2. Employee Onboarding Complete joining formalities and collect employee documents. Maintain employee files and HR records. Conduct employee induction and explain company policies. Coordinate allocation of ID cards, systems, email IDs and other requirements. Ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organisation. 3. Attendance & Leave Management Maintain daily employee attendance. Track leave, late coming and absenteeism. Prepare monthly attendance reports. Coordinate attendance information for payroll processing. 4. HR Operations Maintain employee master data and personnel records. Prepare HR letters, confirmation letters and other employee documents. Support performance review and appraisal processes. Coordinate employee engagement activities. Assist management in implementing HR policies and processes. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. 5. Payroll Coordination Prepare and share monthly attendance and payroll inputs. Coordinate salary-related queries with employees and management. Maintain records of salary revisions, incentives and deductions. Assist in maintaining statutory and payroll documentation as applicable. 6. Office Administration Manage day-to-day office administration. Coordinate office supplies, stationery and vendor requirements. Maintain office records and documentation. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and other facility requirements. Support meetings, events and company activities. 7. Employee Coordination Act as the first point of contact for routine employee HR/admin queries. Maintain positive employee relations. Coordinate communication between employees and management. Help resolve routine workplace issues professionally.
