We're looking for a Telemarketer to join our team and help us reach our goals. In this role, you'll make marketing calls and build strong relationships with customers. What We Need: - Great at talking to people - Friendly and good at answering customer questions - Comfortable talking about our products and services over the phone - Willing to help the company grow by finding new customers Your Tasks: - Call potential and current customers to tell them about our products or services. - Answer questions from customers and give them information. - Find out what customers need and do conference calls and fixed meetings. - Work with the sales team by passing on good leads. - Keep our customer database updated. - Process orders quickly and correctly. - Handle customer complaints to keep our company's good reputation. - Work hard to meet your sales goals and set up future sales. - Keep detailed records of your calls and sales.
