Job description
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, or GRC as applicable) to meet DOE business requirements. Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, client scripts, and Flow Designer automations. Develop and maintain integrations with other DOE/federal systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
