The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment, managing hiring mandates for domestic and international clients, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, and building strong talent pipelines. Around some of the role will involve Business Development, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment consulting experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach, and a commercial mindset. Key Responsibilities 80% – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing and screening to offer management and candidate onboarding. Handle end-to-end recruitment mandates across multiple industries, functions, and seniority levels. Manage recruitment assignments for both domestic and international clients. Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and talent expectations. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels. Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews, evaluation, and shortlisting. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate databases for current and future mandates. Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients and ensure timely feedback and closure. Manage offer discussions, joining follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Develop a strong understanding of market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics. Ensure delivery of quality candidates within agreed TATs and client SLAs. Build strong and long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active professional network. Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and delivery efficiency. Collaborate with internal recruitment and business development teams to ensure successful execution of client mandates. 20% – Business Development & Client Management Support new business acquisition by identifying potential corporate clients and recruitment opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, CXOs, and key decision-makers. Generate leads and support the business development team in converting recruitment opportunities into mandates. Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for additional hiring mandates and account growth. Participate in client meetings, business discussions, networking events, and industry forums when required. Support preparation of proposals, presentations, capability discussions, and commercial conversations. Maintain visibility of sales leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Monitor market trends and identify emerging recruitment and talent consulting opportunities. Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, recruitment consulting, staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition consulting. Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Experience managing domestic and/or international recruitment mandates. Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking. Excellent candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills. Strong client-facing and relationship-management abilities. Good understanding of recruitment markets, talent availability, and salary benchmarks. Basic to good exposure to Business Development / Client Acquisition / Account Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills. Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment consulting environment. Strong ownership, accountability, and commercial mindset.
