As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience managing the "backbone" of HR from real-time attendance tracking to complex data reporting and HRMS administration.Role ObjectiveTo support the HR department in maintaining data integrity, automating reporting processes through Management Information Systems (MIS), and ensuring the seamless operation of HRMS and attendance systems.Key Responsibilities1. MIS & Data ManagementMaintain and update comprehensive employee databases, ensuring 100% accuracy of information.Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports regarding manpower, turnover, and departmental metrics.Assist in the preparation of data visualizations and dashboards to track organizational performance.2. HRMS Software HandlingManage day-to-day operations within the HRMS portal (Spine HRMS).Assist employees with portal login issues and technical troubleshooting.Update employee lifecycle changes in the system, including new joiner documentation and exit formalities.3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor daily attendance logs and identify discrepancies or irregularities.Process monthly attendance data to ensure payroll readiness.Coordinate with the floor team to ensure overtime and shift rosters are correctly updated in the system.4.
