Job description
Key Responsibilities Identify and source new residential and commercial real estate projects. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers and project sales teams. Negotiate channel partner agreements, commercial terms, brokerage and payout structures . Evaluate projects based on location, pricing, inventory, demand and sales potential. Coordinate with developers for project presentations, inventory updates, pricing and offers. Maintain a database of developers, projects and available inventory. Coordinate with the sales team and provide complete project information. Track new launches, upcoming projects and market opportunities. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. Ensure smooth onboarding of new projects with PN. Work closely with management to identify projects that align with the company's business strategy. Maintain strong post-onboarding relationships with developer representatives. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Partner / Developer Relations / Business Development . Strong knowledge of the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Panvel real estate market. Existing contacts with builders and developers will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Good understanding of real estate brokerage and channel partner models. Ability to independently identify and close project onboarding opportunities. Willingness to travel for meetings with developers when required. Preferred Candidate Real estate CP / Channel Partner experience is preferred.
