Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project alignment and progress.Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with web application frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
