Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and HR departments. Monitor production performance and take corrective actions for delays or issues. Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives . Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards . Lead, motivate, and develop the production team .
