Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget and expectations. Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, sightseeing and travel experiences. Create customised holiday packages and detailed itineraries. Share quotations and explain package inclusions, exclusions and travel options. Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally. Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed bookings. Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth booking confirmation and customer handover. Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2C Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales. Experience in selling domestic and/or international holiday packages. Good knowledge of popular short-haul destinations such as Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, etc. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Good sales, follow-up, negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment. Basic knowledge of itinerary building and travel package costing. Proactive, confident and performance-oriented personality. Freshers need not apply.Salary & GrowthMonthly Salary: 24,000 – 30,000 80% Fixed + 20% Variable Additional performance-based incentive opportunities as per company policy.
