Skin Therapist Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and professional Skin Therapist to provide high-quality skin and aesthetic treatments to clients. The candidate should have good knowledge of skincare procedures, excellent client-handling skills, and a professional approach. Key Responsibilities - Perform skin and aesthetic treatments as per company protocols. - Conduct basic skin assessments and understand client concerns. - Perform facials, clean-ups, peels, medi-facials, and other assigned skin treatments. - Explain treatment procedures, aftercare, and skincare routines to clients. - Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. - Ensure excellent client experience and maintain professional communication. - Maintain treatment records and follow clinic SOPs. - Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and other team members when required. - Support client retention and encourage repeat treatments. - Achieve assigned service and revenue targets. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience as a Skin Therapist/Aesthetic Therapist. - Certification or relevant qualification in Beauty, Skin Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field. - Knowledge of professional skin treatments and skincare products. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Well-groomed, confident, and client-focused. - Ability to work in a clinic/dermatology/aesthetic environment.
