Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. Handle high-volume BPO and specialized recruitment requirements. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and recruitment platforms. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate hiring activities with clients and managers. Maintain candidate pipelines, ATS records, recruitment reports, and positive candidate experience.
