Experience in paper/board machine maintenance and substation operations will be preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Equipment & Machine MaintenancePerform routine maintenance and daily checks for board machines and associated electrical equipment.Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of machine operations.Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot MCC panels, PCC panels, motors, starters and control circuits.Support preventive maintenance activities for motors, drives and electrical panels.Maintain control wiring, sensors, contactors, relays and basic automation components.Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, faults and spare replacements.2. Power Distribution MaintenanceConduct routine inspections of electrical distribution networks, feeder panels and protective devices.Monitor electrical parameters such as voltage, load and breaker health.Support relay testing, LT/HT panel cleaning and bus-bar inspection activities under supervision.3. Electrical Safety & ComplianceFollow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures during maintenance activities.Identify electrical hazards, unsafe conditions and equipment abnormalities and escalate when required.Maintain safe working practices in board machine areas and substations.Assist with earth pit checking, tool inspection and basic electrical safety documentation.4.
