Greet and escort customers to their tables. Provide excellent customer service Present menu and provide detailed information when asked. Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations Up-sell additional products when appropriate Follow all relevant FSSAI department regulations Endurance to walk and stand for long hours. Flexible work hours. Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers. Excellent interpersonal skills. Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
