Job description

Handle day-to-day corporate legal matters and documentation. Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, notices, and legal documents . Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and external legal authorities when required. Maintain proper records of legal documents, agreements, and cases. Assist management in identifying and addressing legal risks. Handle legal notices, disputes, and related documentation. Support the company in contract negotiations and legal due diligence. Provide timely legal support to different departments. Requirements: LLB / LLM from a recognized university. 1–3 years of corporate legal experience preferred. Good knowledge of contract drafting, legal documentation, and corporate compliance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research.
