Job description

Analyze HR data including headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment, and employee performance metrics. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Identify HR trends and provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making. Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS data management and reporting. Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness.
