The candidate should be fluent in Telugu and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers HR Interview will be conducted at office location in offline mode only. Requirements: Only female candidates Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience Must speak Telugu Must have a Android smartphone Any education qualification Must be able to make customer calls Work-from-office role No fees or registration charges YOUR FIRST 9 DAYS 1.Days 1–3 — Training: Insurance basics, products, platform, customer communication and call process. 2. Days 4–6 — Observation: Observe, practise and speak with customers with guidance and feedback. 3. Days 7–9 — Onboard Job Coaching: Start the actual job with TL/Manager support and live coaching. Key Responsibilities: Make 25 calls daily to customers Good communication skills Provide information and handle basic queries Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication Customer-friendly attitude Willingness to learn and improve Training & Observation 6 days of training & Observation will be given in offline mode Work starts from after Successful training and Review Working Hours & Days Hours : 4Hours per day Slots timing : 9.30AM - 1.30 PM or 1.30PM - 5.30PM Days : Monday - Saturday Sunday & Public holidays - No work Work Rules Make 25 calls per day 625 customer calls per month Why Join Moneymile?
