Telecaller

Role: Telecaller (15 Vacancies) Location: Guwahati, Assam Process: Outbound Collection / Debt Recovery (Banking & NBFC) ​Key Responsibilities: ​Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and EMI recovery. ​Negotiate payment schedules and guide customers on settlement options. ​Maintain clear records of call interactions, payment promises, and follow-up dates. ​Coordinate with Field Officers (FOS) for home/office visits when needed. ​Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. ​Candidate Requirements: ​Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. ​Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in Telecalling, BPO, Sales, or Debt Collection. (Prior experience in Banking/DRA/Collection is an added advantage). ​Languages: Fluency in Assamese, Bengali and Hindi is required (English and other local languages is a plus). ​Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills with a target-driven mindset. ​Salary & Benefits: ​Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month ​Attractive Performance Incentives (Earn extra on every successful collection) ​Interview Type: Immediate Walk-in Interview
