Support recruitment and onboarding for Sales, Service, Workshop, Spare Parts and other dealership functions. Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements, hiring and employee-related matters. Drive employee engagement, communication and HR initiatives across the organization. Maintain HR policies, processes and statutory documentation with a strong focus on compliance. Support performance management, employee feedback and training & development initiatives. Handle employee queries and grievances professionally while maintaining a positive work environment. Maintain HR MIS and reports related to manpower, attendance, hiring, attrition and other HR metrics. Bring structure and consistency to HR processes as the dealership continues to grow.Preferred candidate profile 2-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Service, Hospitality or a similar people-intensive industry. Candidates with strong internships or early-career HR experience and the right attitude are also encouraged to apply. Good understanding of recruitment, employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations. Energetic, approachable and comfortable interacting with employees across different levels. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment rather than a purely desk-based HR role. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR systems. Someone who is ambitious, adaptable and keen to build a career in HR.
