If you have experience in Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, Payments, Fintech, or International Commerce , this could be an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business. Key Responsibilities Drive new customer acquisition and activation across assigned territories. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Develop relationships with founders, exporters, finance leaders, and key business decision-makers. Drive customer onboarding, activation, and transaction growth. Own acquisition, TPV (Transaction Processing Volume), and revenue targets. Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations, Partnerships, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer success. Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth and product enhancement. Core Segments Global Marketplace Sellers (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.) D2C Exporters (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento & Custom Platforms) B2B Exporters Service Exporters SaaS & Software Companies Required Qualifications 5-8 years in Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, or Fintech Sales Experience in Cross Border Payment, Fintech, Payment Gateways, International Collections, Merchant Acquiring, Export Ecosystem, E-commerce & Marketplace Businesses. Skills and Experience Understanding of Cross Border Payments and International Collections. Knowledge of Virtual Accounts and International Payment Solutions. Strong Business Development and Relationship Management Skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
