Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans. Lead, supervise, and motivate department heads and staff. Set business targets, KPIs, and performance goals. Monitor overall sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability. Prepare and manage budgets and financial plans. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow. Identify operational issues and take corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Manage key clients, customers, suppliers, and business partners. Support business development and growth opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews and management meetings. Prepare and review MIS and management reports. Improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Make important management decisions and report business performance to senior management/owners. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. 5–10 years of relevant managerial/leadership experience preferred. Strong experience in business operations and team management. Proven ability to achieve targets and improve business performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and business planning. Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and MIS reporting. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
