SAP Trainer – Job Description Job Title: SAP Functional Trainer Experience: Freshers / 1–5 Years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month Job DescriptionWe are looking for SAP Trainers who can deliver structured, practical and industry-oriented training to freshers and working professionals. SAP Certification is mandatory/preferred , depending on the role. Candidates with strong training skills from Soft Skills, Technical Training, Corporate Training, or IT Training backgrounds can also be considered. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct SAP training sessions for freshers and experienced professionals. Explain concepts clearly using practical and real-time business scenarios. Prepare training materials, presentations and practical exercises. Conduct assessments, mock interviews and doubt-clearing sessions. Guide candidates through SAP projects and interview preparation . Provide feedback and track candidate learning progress. Conduct online/offline training sessions as required. Coordinate with the academic and placement teams. Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment. Preferred Candidate Profiles SAP Functional Trainers – FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM/HR, EWM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, BTP, CPI, SAC, etc. Soft Skills Trainers with strong communication, presentation and interview-training experience. Technical Trainers with IT/software training experience. Corporate Trainers / IT Trainers with good classroom-handling skills. Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills Excellent training and classroom-handling ability Good subject knowledge Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner Real-time/project-based training approach Candidate mentoring and doubt resolution Good interpersonal skills SAP Certification – preferred/mandatory for SAP Functional Trainer roles Corporate training experience is an added advantage Qualification: Any Degree / Engineering / MBA / Relevant Technical Qualification.
