Job Description: Computer OperatorJob Title: Computer Operator Department: Administration / IT Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and computer-savvy Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, data entry, documentation, and basic office-related computer tasks. The candidate should have good typing skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of MS Office. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain computers and other office equipment. Perform accurate data entry and update records regularly. Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Handle MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet applications. Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner. Print, scan, photocopy, and manage documents as required. Check data for accuracy and correct errors. Maintain confidentiality of company information and records. Assist staff with basic computer and software-related issues. Perform other administrative and computer-related duties as assigned. Required SkillsBasic to good knowledge of computers and MS Office. Good typing speed and accuracy. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of email and internet applications. QualificationMinimum 12th pass; diploma or graduation in Computer/IT or a related field is an advantage. Freshers can apply; experience in data entry or office administration is preferred. Working ConditionsFull-time office position. Working hours and salary will be as per company policy. Salary: ₹15000-18000 Location: Jaipur
