Develop and optimize laser welding processes based on customer and product requirements. Conduct welding trials, parameter development, testing, and process validation. Troubleshoot weld defects and improve quality, productivity, and process stability. Support machine installation, commissioning, demonstrations, and customer applications. Coordinate with design, production, quality, and customers to implement welding solutions.
