From what I’ve seen on the inside, a lot of concerns people raise about transparency and tracking systems don’t really reflect the full picture. In my day-to-day work, these systems feel more like a way to maintain accountability and productivity rather than unnecessary micromanagement. In my experience, the company has been fair to employees who genuinely want to work and contribute. Personally, I’ve never received any warning or violation email because I focus on my responsibilities and deliverables. I’ve also seen situations where strict action was taken against individuals who were clearly not working and were caught misusing time. In those cases, blaming the tracking or punch systems felt more like an excuse than an actual issue. Internally, most people understand what really happened without needing to point fingers. Overall, this is a place that works well for people who are serious about their growth and productivity.
