Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems, claims processing, and payment posting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
