Vendor ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors.Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, and service level agreements to achieve the best value for the organization.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolution of operational issues.Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.3. Purchase Order & Contract ManagementCreate and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP (MM Module).Finalize purchase details, order quantities, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of contracts and service agreements.Ensure procurement documentation is complete and compliant with organizational policies.4.
