HyderabadPosted: 3 weeks agoOpenings: 3Applicants: 100+Research AnalystVipany global solutionsPosted by Vipany GlobalJob description Job Title: Research AnalystLocation: HyderabadDescription:The person shall be responsible for providing Sourcing support by identifying prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions and conduct comprehensive market research.Responsibilities:Locate both active and passive candidates by using sourcing channels such as job boards, niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines. Conduct resume mining and research for the requirements; build candidate lists into Candidate Data Management system. Identify both resumes, candidate profiles and contact details by Using Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques.Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through, emails, Messages or other communication channelsMaintain the candidates records in internal Candidate Data Management systemResearch/Reporting - Prepare sourcing/competitive information reports. Partner with Recruitment teams to understand position requirements and successfully identify and build talent pipelines for current/future openings.Establish effective working relationships at all levels across the company.
