Influencer Marketing Assistant Location: Pitampura, Delhi Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our influencer marketing activities and help build strong relationships with creators across Instagram and other social platforms. Key Responsibilities Research and identify relevant beauty, makeup, fashion, and lifestyle influencers . Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, product gifting, barter campaigns, and paid promotions. Send collaboration messages, follow-ups, briefs, and campaign details. Maintain and regularly update the influencer database with contact details, followers, engagement, rates, and campaign status. Track influencer deliverables, posting schedules, links, content, and campaign performance. Coordinate product dispatches and ensure influencers receive the required products on time. Monitor influencer content and collect screenshots, links, and performance insights. Assist in negotiating basic collaboration terms and coordinating payments when required. Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral content formats, reels, and emerging creators . Prepare regular reports on influencer campaigns and their results. Work closely with the social media and marketing team to execute campaigns smoothly. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing. Good knowledge of Instagram and influencer trends . Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets . Should be comfortable communicating with multiple influencers daily. A genuine interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and social media will be an advantage.
