Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and generate high-quality leads through social media advertising. Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Generate high-quality leads through social media and paid advertising. Plan and optimize lead generation campaigns. Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation. Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and lead quality. Coordinate with the creative team or prepare basic ad creatives/content when required. Track and maintain daily lead and campaign performance reports. Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead. Analyze campaign data and make necessary changes to improve performance. Required SkillsDigital Marketing Social Media Marketing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Google Ads Lead Generation Performance Marketing Campaign Management Audience Targeting & Retargeting Google Analytics / Tracking Basic understanding of Ad Creatives and Content Candidate Profile Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing. Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns. Data-driven and target-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and optimize campaigns based on performance.
