Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks. Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans, initiatives, and measurable KPIs. Lead strategic projects involving growth, market expansion, business transformation, operational improvement, pricing, and new business opportunities. Build detailed business cases, financial models, scenario analyses, forecasts, and investment recommendations for strategic initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate new markets, products, partnerships, investments, and strategic opportunities. Analyze business performance, identify gaps and trends, and recommend actions to improve revenue, profitability, efficiency, and market position. Develop and monitor KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track strategic initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development. Manage strategic initiatives from problem definition and analysis through execution and impact measurement. Support M&A, partnerships, due diligence, market-entry, and expansion initiatives where applicable. Identify operational inefficiencies and drive cost optimization, process improvement, and business transformation programs. Prepare high-quality management presentations, strategy papers, board materials, and executive recommendations. Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership. Track industry, economic, technology, and regulatory trends and assess their potential impact on the organization. Mentor junior strategy professionals and contribute to building a strong strategy, analytics, and problem-solving culture.Preferred candidate profile 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business development, strategic planning, or a related function. Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional business projects with measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of market research, competitive intelligence, market sizing, business modelling, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Demonstrated ability to convert complex data and business problems into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, business analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Working knowledge of SQL, analytics platforms, or statistical analysis is an advantage. Experience in growth strategy, market expansion, pricing, monetization, GTM strategy, partnerships, M&A, or business transformation is desirable. Strong commercial understanding of revenue, profitability, unit economics, costs, margins, and business performance. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, structured thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple strategic projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working with Finance, Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Experience in management consulting, Big 4, investment banking, corporate strategy, technology, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or high-growth companies is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution, preferably with a specialization in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Operations, is strongly preferred.
