JaipurPosted: 4 days agoOpenings: 1Applicants: 100+Inventory & MIS Executive (Jaipur)Zari Silk India3.69 ReviewsJob description Job Summary We are looking for an Excel-savvy and detail-oriented Inventory & MIS Executive to assist in inventory audits, stock reconciliation, Excel-based reporting and day-to-day inventory-related activities.The candidate will primarily work on MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory reconciliation, stock audits and MIS reporting, along with providing basic first-level IT support for computers, printers, CCTV and other office systems.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel sheets, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with store/office teams..Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system/ERP records.Handle inventory reconciliation for stock transfers, pending approvals, job work and other inventory transactions using Excel.Prepare and maintain inventory/MIS reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.Analyse inventory data using Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables and identify discrepancies.Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP/inventory software.Handle basic IT troubleshooting for computers, printers, CCTV and connectivity; coordinate with IT vendors when required.Coordinate with store/office teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain proper records.Visit outstation stores occasionally for stock audits, as required.. Skills & Qualifications:Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, including basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA Preferred)1-3 years of experience (freshers with strong Practical Excel skills are welcome to apply)Basic computer and IT troubleshooting knowledge. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Detail-oriented, responsible, quick learner, and comfortable handling multiple tasks. Willingness to travel occasionally for stock audits, if required.
