Requirements & Qualifications  Proven experience as a Production Incharge, Floor Manager, or similar role within a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial plant setting.  Strong technical understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, shop floor machinery, and quality control standards.  Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and project bills of materials.
