Ensuring reporting - Attendance & Availability at site Analyzing and recording reporting sheet - Operator attendance(working, idle,shortage), equipment on rent (Breakdown and Working), Pending Commencement, Pending return, Equipment Breakdown. site planing as per priority and purpose Equipment Breakdown followup and reporting . Followup and Planing for operator shortage. Collecting Operator Shortage count from all Supervisors Planing and followup recruitment to fill operator shortage Planing and executing Operator training through coordinating with training and resource team Operator Competancy and skill evaluation Operator deputation to site as per vaccancy and skill of operator. Communicating with Customer to plan and execute deputation of operator as per their requirement. Study work order/Purchase order to understand customer requirement for documents needed for operator and equipment Coordinate with sales team to get update of documents needed to be arranged. Followup and arrange documents to be submitted to customer . Equipment Documents to arrange and followup :- TPI, Insurance, Pollution Operator Documents to arrange and followup :- TPI, Experiance certificate,DL Organise Third Party Inspection of Operator and equipment by vendor coordination & Support as per customer requirement Study and learn scope of loading /Unloading of Customer (Ours/Customer) Planing site visit to coordinate Loading/Unloading at site. Coordinating to arrange Hydra to Load/Unload equipment at site. Optimising fund allocation by searching available options bargaining rates. Ensuring safe loading - Tyre placement , rope and chain locking , assuring safe loading/unloading For equipment breakdown,Operator shortage,Billing closure, New order etc.-Daily Meeting customers at site during site visit and record feedback for further action To study and allocate fund requirement for Operators PPEs, medical, travel , accomodation. To study and allocate fund requirement for their conveyance to carryout daily operation activities. To study and allocate fund requirement for loading/Unloading of equipment. Allocate fund for equipment TPI, Pollution check, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid kits etc. Followup to submit Operators Logsheet Weekly Followup Operator attendance at site Daily Collect, Verify and submit Operators attendance to HR Monthly Study and Verify Operators OT Hours in attendance Monthly Assigning salary grade to new operators and Upgrading salary of Old operators as per performance and skill Monthly Reviewing Operators performance - Monthly Collecting monthly bills and Claims Claims verification as per fund allocation of supervisors. Bills Verification and validation for all expense Claim approval by zonal head for all supervisors reporting to me Ensuring all claims and Bills of last month courriored to delhi office on time. Coordinating Billing team for summary creation from operator logsheet. Ensuring 100% Summary certification for their region Attending and followup Customers to certify summary. Ensuring 100% Invoice certification done for their region
