Lead end-to-end Kinaxis implementations and upgrades, from requirements through go-live. Design and manage data model changes custom tables, fields, views, and relationships.¢ Build and maintain dashboards, workbooks, alerts, simulation scenarios, and KPIs.¢ Design and implement integrations with external systems (SAP, QAD, EDW).¢ Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in configurations, calculations, and data loads.¢ Enforce solution architecture standards and mentor the junior Kinaxis consultant. Experience and Required Skills:¢ 7+ years hands-on Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro; at least 2 full end-to-end implementations.¢ BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.¢ Proven expertise in data model customization, resource development, and external system integration.¢ Track record resolving performance issues in Kinaxis environments.¢ Strong supply chain planning knowledge: demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, MRP/MPS.¢ Proficiency in Kinaxis scripting and SQL.¢ Kinaxis certification. ¢ Maestro/AI modules and API integration experience a plus.¢ Familiarity with ITIL concepts or service management practices (incident, change, problem).¢ Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
