Accessories planning of domestic OEM as per BOM Manufacturing unit wise accessories planning sheet to be prepared. Get the accessories stock from MIS system & monitoring on daily basis. Accessories PO generation to vendors based on planning sheet. Follow up for accessories with each vendor on daily basis for domestic OEM to avoid any shortage
