Field Engineer – IT & AV Rivotta India Private Limited | Technical Services - 6 Positions | Full-Time, Permanent | Field-Based Location: Vasant Kunj Enclave, New Delhi Office Hours: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM | Monday–Saturday Rivotta India is a 35+ year technology-solutions company delivering IT Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Office Automation, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Active LED Displays and Security Solutions to Government, PSUs, corporates, institutions and embassies across India. The Role We are seeking capable IT & AV Field Engineers for product demonstrations, system installation, integration, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support at client sites. This role requires strong hands-on expertise; we understand that no candidate will be an expert in every technology. Products & SolutionsThe candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following AV and IT solutions: conferencing-room equipment, commercial displays, soundbars, PTZ cameras, Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs), kiosks and kiosk solutions, projectors, room schedulers, video-wall displays, indoor/outdoor Active LED displays, smart-classroom solutions, microphones, AV control systems, Public Address (PA) systems, Background Music (BGM) systems, sound mixers, amplifiers and speakers. IT and security exposure may include desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, multifunction printers, digital copiers, document scanners, servers, storage, UPS systems, LAN/WAN networks, routers, managed/unmanaged switches, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, structured cabling, patch panels, IP telephony, telecom systems, EPABX/intercom systems, CCTV surveillance systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, biometric attendance machines and access-control systems. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct professional product demonstrations and explain system features to customers. Independently install, configure, integrate, test and commission AV, IT, telecom and security solutions. Troubleshoot technical faults, attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Integrate complete boardroom, meeting-room, auditorium and smart-classroom solutions. Carry out preventive maintenance, site inspections and service reporting. Coordinate with OEMs, customers, vendors, Sales and Project teams for successful execution. Provide customer orientation and basic operational training after installation. Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma, ITI or Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ field experience in AV integration, IT support, networking, office automation, telecom or security systems. Strong troubleshooting, communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Able to work independently, manage site activities and travel across Delhi NCR. Candidates with AVIXA CTS, Crestron or Extron certifications, own conveyance and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
