This field-based rolefocuses on driving sales growth, controlling food and laborcosts, developing store managers, and enforcing strict brandSOPs. The Operations Manager serves as the keyoperational bridge between store teams and executivemanagement to deliver a consistent, high-quality guestexperience across all locations.KRA /Accountabilities: Manage daily operations, sales performance, andservice execution across all assigned caf and QSRoutlets. Conduct regular, unannounced store visits andoperational audits to ensure 100% adherence tocompany SOPs. Monitor store-level P&Ls, focusing on reducing foodcost percentages, labor expenses, and operatingoverheads. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets andimplement localized turnaround strategies forunderperforming stores. Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, temperaturelogging, and FSSAI hygiene standards in all kitchensand service counters. Oversee store inventory cycles, indenting schedules,and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize wastageand stock variance. Manage, mentor, and evaluate Store Managers,fostering leadership accountability and reducing staffturnover. Partner with HR to manage manpower planning, floorrecruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff trainingprograms. Monitor service speed, ticket fulfillment times, andorder accuracy during peak operational hours. Resolve escalated customer complaints and manageaggregator ratings across platforms like Zomato andSwiggy. Ensure product consistency, standard recipeexecution, portion control, and presentation across alloutlets. Coordinate seamlessly with the Central Kitchen,Purchase, Logistics, HR, and Finance departments toclear operational gaps. Review daily POS data, wastage logs, and operationalreports to present actionable insights to seniormanagement. Lead operational readiness, hiring, setup, andhandovers for new outlet openings (NTOs).CoreCompetencies /Known Exp: Multi-Unit Management: Proven track record inoverseeing operations for multiple fast-paced QSR orcaf locations simultaneously. Cost & Financial Control: Hands-on experience inrestaurant P&L management, food cost math, wastagecontrol, and labor rostering. Systems & Analytics: Proficiency in POS platforms(such as Petpooja or Posist), MS Excel, andoperational MIS reporting. Leadership & Execution: Strong field leadershipskills with the ability to coach store managers andenforce floor discipline. Operational Problem Solving: Capability to makequick, data-driven decisions during rush periods andoperational breakdowns.Must have / Tech /Pref.
