You'll serve as the primary point of contact between patients, doctors, and partner hospitals guiding patients through their healthcare journey, from initial consultation to treatment coordination and follow-ups.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the liaison between patients, doctors, and hospitals to ensure smooth communication and coordination of care.Help patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and referral processes.Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations, and procedures with relevant specialists.Coordinate with hospital and clinic teams for timely updates on patient cases and reports.Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the system.Provide empathetic support to patients and families, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.Track patient progress and follow up post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations or logistical challenges efficiently.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.Prior experience in patient coordination, hospital administration, or healthcare operations preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — must be patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable working with healthcare software, CRMs, and digital communication tools.Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing healthcare startup making a real impact.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Training and development opportunities in patient engagement and healthcare management.
