Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and Windows systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer and basic network connectivity issues Install, configure and update operating systems, applications and devices Manage user tickets, document resolutions and escalate complex issues Support users through phone, email, chat or remote/onsite assistance
