Don't have much client projects; everything will be like an internal project. No sick leaves and very limited PTO - 1.5 days per month. For festivals no bonus or any gifts will be provided. A gift will be sent once an year. No team outing or fun activities No specific training provided for anything, we should learn everything on our own.
