Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with existing clients to encourage repeat business and spot up-selling opportunities. Target Achievement: Work hard to meet or beat monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Record Keeping and Reporting: Track daily activities, manage contact databases, and update CRM software with accurate data. Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor actions to spot new business chances. Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to make sure clients are happy.
