Ensure the restaurant maintains the required brand and service standards. Candidate Requirements 4–8 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations . Experience in a similar role such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Manager, Senior Captain, or Restaurant Team Leader . Strong knowledge of restaurant floor operations and F&B service . Good team-management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
