Define and maintain BRDs, FRDs, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and functional specifications. Lead backlog grooming, requirement prioritization, and refinement activities within Agile delivery teams. Perform detailed impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution assessment activities. Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business and project goals. Review requirement artifacts and provide guidance to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Support solution design discussions by providing functional and business context. Collaborate closely with development, testing, and business teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements. Mentor junior business analysts on requirements engineering, stakeholder management, and documentation best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on requirement quality and business analysis effectiveness. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery. Evaluate and promote the effective use of AI-assisted analysis tools to improve requirement quality, documentation efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business analysis productivity while ensuring governance and validation of AI-generated outputs.
