The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction Required Qualifications : 12th or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (fresher also can apply) Proven experience in a customer support or service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
