Production Supervisor

Manage day-to-day production operations in the corrugated box manufacturing plant. Supervise production staff, machine operators, and shop floor activities. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely deliveries are achieved. Monitor machines, raw material usage, and production flow. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, purchase, and dispatch teams. Prepare production reports and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
