Urgent Requirement For Floor Manager

We are seeking an organized and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our workplace located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a graduate degree. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Manage and train the team to ensure high performance and exceptional service. Address any issues that arise and provide guidance when needed to cultivate a positive working environment.- Monitor Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities on the floor, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and meet company standards.
