Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and service offerings. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Participate in client meetings, online demonstrations, and local business networking activities. Contribute to expanding mCodify's client base and market presence. Candidate Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi. Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and client handling. Ability to confidently explain website and digital solutions to clients. Basic knowledge or interest in web development, digital services, or IT. Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently. Ability to work in a startup environment with changing priorities. Comfortable with remote work and visiting the office when required. Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply. Female candidates meeting the required qualifications and skills will be given preference.
