Ensure a high standard of patient service from registration through consultation, investigations, surgery, discharge, and follow-up. Develop initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals Drive centre revenue and profitability in line with organisational targets.Monitor OPD footfall, surgeries, diagnostics, optical sales, pharmacy, conversions, and average revenue per patient. Work closely with the Medical/Clinical Head to maintain high standards of patient care.Preferred candidate profile:Minimum 7-8 years of experience in managing a hospital, eye-care centre, clinic, diagnostic centre or other healthcare facility for both operations and revenue/business performance.
