drive usage of alternate channelsSIZEOF THE ROLEFINANCIALSIZENON-FINANCIALSIZETargetassigned as per the branchCASABook as per the branchTDBook as per the branchSegmentwise book (NR, Senior Citizen, HNI etc) as per the branchNumbertarget for all the respective products.CASATDKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLEBusinessMeetthe set targets on liabilities in terms of open marketacquisition & existing customer conversionUnderstandneed and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liabilityproducts through either of the below channels:Leadsgenerated by branch staff and personal leadsReferralsgenerated from existing customersAlternatechannelsMaintainthe database of the prospects, meet select prospects and managethe relationship thereafterAccompanyCRS-Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversionof existing borrowing customers into liabilities customerCrosssell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass qualityleads to respective loan officersSharecustomer insights/product related feedback with the Sales Manager- LiabilitiesCustomersInteract with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provideprompt, efficient and accurate servicesReduce customer dormancy and customer attrition by continuous engagement/ interactionResolvesthe customer queries on various accounts, FD / RD, remittances &third party productInternal ProcessesGuidethe customer to fill the Account Opening Form;ensure receipt and verification of KYC documents;
